WDT's Information Services staff is dedicated to handling computer issues and technical problems faced by students, faculty, and staff.  Technical support is available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time at (605) 394-5355. After hours, support can be requested by submitting a trouble ticket or by leaving a message at (605) 394-5355.
