Who is the Counselor?

 Rae 03  Hi there,
My name is Lucille “Rae” Getz. In addition to being your counselor, I am also an instructor having taught several classes here at WDT and elsewhere. My degrees are in Sociology & Counseling. I love people and particularly students. College can create multiple struggles and especially when added to other life stresses. I want to be helpful.  I’m a great listener and have lots of resources available for you. Counseling isn’t just a place for crises. Please stop in and see me anytime. Regular hours are from 7:30am to 4:00pm, but evening times can be arranged and walk-ins are always welcome.

Find Counseling Services in our Student Services offices. I look forward to meeting each of you. This work you're doing is a preparation for life, but it's also a great journey towards self-discovery and life changes. Good luck on this exciting path.
