All you need to do is create a three-minute video (or less) on how to make a “green difference” in our environment. Here are some ideas to get those creative juices flowing!

  • REUSE - Give an item a new life: Demonstrate a new use for something.
  • How can you make your community, home, school, work, earth more green?
  • What is your carbon footprint?  How can you reduce your carbon output?
  • Farming to green: How can your farm, ranch, garden, business, school or home help in efforts to make your environment greener? Grow a garden! Plant a tree!

 HOW TO ENTER:

  1. Record your video.
  2. Upload your video to YouTube (follow instructions on YouTube).
  3. Visit Pedal to Green Registration 
  4. Complete the registration form.
  5. Copy and paste the link to your YouTube video in the designated area on the registration form.
  6. Be sure to click Submit on the registration form.

 CONTEST RULES:

  1. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within five days following the judging, another entrant will be selected.
  2. By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, phone number, and any other information disclosed in this form be used for the purposes necessary for this contest.
  3. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to the requirements of this contest may be disqualified.
  4. This contest is open to anyone interested.
  5. Contest judges’ rulings are final in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of the prize. The winner must make arrangements to pick up the prize at Western Dakota Tech, located at 800 Mickelson Drive, Rapid City, SD (shipping is not available).
  6. Western Dakota Tech and/or Coca-Cola cannot be held responsible for technical failures on the part of contest software or human error which could result in inaccurate postings and notifications.
  7. All entries must be submitted no later than April 12, 5:00 p.m. mtz
  8. By entering this contest, you agree to allow WDT all rights, and give permission to WDT to use your video for marketing, media, advertising or any publicity of this production.

VOTING:
The top five will be selected by a group of people. April 16, 2010 the polls will be open to the public to vote (once only) for their favorite video. The video with the most votes will win the Jamis moutain bike.
