Job Requirements

Qualifications: Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll through Quickbooks is required. Experience with medical billing desired. Must be attentive to detail, accuracy and deadlines. Ability to stay on task amid multiple interruptions required. Must be a team player, with a willingness to work closely with the Center Director, Nursing Director and other staff to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
Duties: The ADCBH Business Office cares for all aspects of the Center’s accounting.
Accounts Receivable: Tracks service hours for guests through Quickbooks, submits billing to guest funding sources (VA, 3E, Medicaid, Family Support and individuals).
Accounts Payable and Payroll: Cares for all aspects of payment and record keeping for accounts payable accounts and company payroll.
Record Keeping: Responsible for accurate record keeping for all aspects of office operation. General office responsibilities including, but not limited to answering phones, processing mail, managing email accounts.
