File a Complaint
We are committed to making your college experience the best it can be and recognize that not all policies and procedures work for every individual or circumstance. Students, employees, and the community deserve the opportunity to have their concerns addressed in a fair manner and the college deserves the opportunity to address circumstances and improve policies and procedures. If you have a complaint about your experience, we will take it seriously. Follow the complaint process to ensure your issue is handled appropriately.
Students should contact a Student Success Coach for assistance with the complaint process and to determine the correct process to use. Depending on the nature of the complaint, one of the following may apply.
- Student Complaint Procedure
- Discrimination and Harassment - Protected Classes Process
- Student Code of Conduct Process
- Complaint Procedure for Online and Distance Education Students (All states other than SD and CA)
- Complaint Procedure for California Online and Distance Education Students
- Title IX - Sexual Harassment Complaints
