WDTC, in partnership with COMPASS Partners in Learning, are excited to offer engaging, beginner-friendly workshops that introduce the power of artificial intelligence in everyday life. Whether you're curious about how AI works or how to use it in your daily routine, our sessions provide practical, hands-on learning for all experience levels.

Living with AI
Saturday, September 12th, 2026 from 8:00am-12:00PM in the WDTC Event Center
This introductory session explores the fundamentals of generative AI and its growing role in everyday life. You'll get a chance to try out the latest AI tools, share your hottest takes on AI, and hear from an expert panel about the real-world opportunities and ethical questions this technology raises. Whether you’re a small business owner, a professional looking to save time, or simply curious about the technology everyone is talking about, this session is open to anyone interested in learning how AI works and how it can be used responsibly in daily life.

Working with AI
Saturday, October 17th, 2026 from 8:00am-12:00pm in the WDTC Event Center
Take the next step from understanding AI to using it effectively in real-world situations. In this hands-on session, participants will explore when AI is most useful, where its limitations matter, and how to craft prompts that produce reliable results. You’ll also learn how to customize AI tools and develop simple workflows that support everyday tasks. By the end of the workshop, you’ll create your own custom AI assistant tailored to a personal or professional need.

Investment: $50 per session or attend both for $75

WDTC is now a Host Training Organization for the Mountain West OSHA Education Center

WDTC is not an OTI Education Center but serves as a host training organization for Mountain West OTI Center. As a Host Training Organization, WDTC holds OSHA classes offered through the Mountain West OSHA Education Center on our campus. FSA Borrower Training

This course is for Farm Service Agency (FSA) Borrowers and the Farmer/Rancher who has been farming for less than 10 years. This course meets the requirements set by the FSA for direct loan borrowing and WDTC is approved as a multi-state provider of the FSA Borrower Training Course.
