Online Bookstore

You will be able to log into this account at any time to check the status of your order and once the books get shipped you will see a tracking number that you can click on to check the arrival of your books.

If you have any questions on your order, please contact eCampus directly by phone 1-859-209-6958 or by email wdt@ecampus.com.

Can I return my book for a refund?

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the ship date or course start date, whichever allows more time. Books must be returned in the condition that they were received to obtain a refund.
You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number which is automatically generated when you complete a return and print your return label via your My Account. Please note, all returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number to ensure the returns process is completed successfully.

Selling Books Back

You may return your rentals through your account or return them at the WDT Campus Store. Only rentals through the WDT Online Bookstore are accepted.

You may also sell your books at the WDT Campus Store during select times of finals week, or you can sell 24/7 through the WDT Online Bookstore at wdt.ecampus.com.

We maintain high standards with our buyback program. The books we buy back must be in a condition that they can be offered to another student.

-Books we can buy back may contain some highlighting, writing or margin notes throughout, but not to excess.
-Books must be generally clean in appearance with no torn pages and with the cover and spine intact. Normal wear is acceptable but not excessive wear. -We cannot accept books with any water damage. We also cannot accept teacher's editions, instructor's editions, international editions, and other like editions; these will be recycled if received.

The price we can offer for a used book is based on several different factors:

-Is the book being used again for the next term at your school?
-Is there a demand for the book at other schools for the next term?
-Do we need more copies or are there enough on hand for the expected demand for the book?
-Can we offer the book in used condition or for rent? For example, if it's a looseleaf book or a workbook they can only be sold new so we cannot make an offer to buy back a used copy.

The best time to sell your books back to us is at the end of each term. When you sell back your books during finals week, or shortly after, you will get the best price we can offer. If you try to sell a book to us in the middle of a semester and we aren't buying it or offering a price you want to accept, try back at the end of the term. Additional information about upcoming needs for the book may make a difference.

Textbook Charges
Western Dakota Technical College students who have all their financial aid and admissions documents in place, and have completed all required steps, might be eligible for the Textbook Assistance Program. The Textbook Assistance program allows you to charge your required textbooks at the online textbook system Ecampus, and have those charges added to your tuition and fee account. You can simply have your financial aid applied to these charges when your aid is disbursed. It is important to note that you must have enough financial aid to cover all of these direct expenses in order to qualify. Your available financial aid funds will appear on your Ecampus online student account. If your funds do not appear on Ecampus, please contact the Student Accounts office.

For estimated program textbook cost, click to open the WDTC Cost page and then open the link to the Detailed Cost Sheet.
Required Course Material
WDTC complies with Section 133 of the Higher Education Opportunities Act (PLL110-315) by providing students with access to required course material. Students can obtain this information at the Campus Store and through their course instructors.
